These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Bright Boots Coaching LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the brightboots.co.uk website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

We are registered in England and Wales under registration number 13170821.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United Kingdom, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site.

3. Class Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather or coach illness. In such events, we will endeavor to offer a makeup session or a refund where applicable.

4. Liability

Bright Boots Coaching LTD accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children are physically fit to participate in our activities.

5. Referral Program

Our "Refer a Friend" program allows active members to earn rewards by inviting new families to join Bright Boots Coaching.

• Reward: For every new friend you refer who joins, you will receive a credit equivalent to one (1) free week of coaching.
• Eligibility: The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously attended Bright Boots sessions.
• Activation: The free week credit is applied to your account only after the referred friend has successfully registered and paid for their first month's subscription.
• Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
