Parent Guide

How The Sign Up Process Works

New customers should begin by selecting the class or event they want to book. This keeps every new account tied to a real booking rather than creating empty profiles.

Start from a real booking

New parents should begin on the Classes or Events page so the account is created as part of an actual booking journey.

Weekly classes use Direct Debit

Ongoing weekly sessions are completed through the FastPay Direct Debit setup flow.

Camps and events are one-off card payments

One-off camp and event bookings are paid securely by card through Stripe.

Weekly Classes

For ongoing training

This is the path for parents booking regular weekly football sessions.

  1. 1Start on the Classes page and choose the right weekly session.
  2. 2Enter your child and account details during the booking flow.
  3. 3Verify your email address using the link we send you.
  4. 4Complete the FastPay Direct Debit mandate when prompted.
  5. 5Once the booking is active, your child will appear in Schedule.

Important

New customers should not create a separate account first. Start by selecting the weekly class you want and follow the booking steps from there.

Camps And Events

For one-off bookings

This is the route for holiday camps, special events, and single card payments.

  1. 1Choose the camp or event you want to book.
  2. 2Enter your child and safety details.
  3. 3Create your account if you are new, or log in if you already have one.
  4. 4Pay securely by card through Stripe.
  5. 5If you are new, verify your email afterwards so you can access your dashboard.

Important

New customers should start from the event they want to book. After payment, they still need to verify their email before accessing the dashboard.
